This Privacy Policy applies to ARTdynamix.com, and also applies to other websites that Dream Warrior Group operates that redirect to this Policy.

ARTdynamix® and Dream Warrior Group have created this Privacy Policy to describe how we collect, use, and disclose information. This Privacy Policy applies to the ARTdynamix®(R) online workplace productivity tools and platform (collectively, the “Services”), ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group.com and other ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group websites (collectively, the “Websites”), and certain interactions (e.g. attending or registering for one of our events), unless covered by a separate privacy notice.

Dream Warrior Group is a California C Corp located at 19725 Sherman Way #305, Winnetka, CA  91306.

Integration and Links to Other Websites

Our website and our products may contain links and provide integrations to other sites and products of other organizations. We offer these links and integrations as a convenience to you; we do not operate, control, or endorse these websites or products. 1. What kind of personal data does ARTdynamix® collect and how is it used?

ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group collects personal data in three ways: Direct Collection, Third-Party Collection, and Passive Collection.

Direct Collection and Use

We collect your personal information directly from you when you register to use ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group's products and services, when you sign up for a free trial of our products and services, when you contact us via our website contact form, when you submit an online support ticket, when you sent us email or mail, when you sign-up online for our newsletter, or when you apply for a job. ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group allows you to log in to our website services using sign-in services, such as Facebook Connect or Google single sign-on. These services authenticate your identity and provide you with the option of sharing certain personal information, such as name and email address, to pre-populate our sign-in form.

Third-Party Collection and Use

We may collect personal information about you from publicly available databases, business partners, or other third-parties. This information may include:

2. Does ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group share my Personal Information?

ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group may, however, share or disclose Personal Information under certain circumstances:

3. How secure is my Personal Information?

ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group takes reasonable precautions to protect Personal Information in its possession from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

4. Will ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group use my Personal Information to communicate with me?

ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group may send you information, such as announcements about new products and service, promotional materials, survey inquiries, newsletters, and other marketing materials. As a user of our products and services, ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group may also send you information about your account or our services, such as an email when you register for a trial account or new account, an email to confirm account changes, updates on our website, and our products and services. We consider these communications to be part of your ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group account.

5. Does ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group collect personal data from children?

Our websites and mobile applications are not created for children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16. ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group does not target our website, our products or services towards children under the age of 16. 6. Do I have a choice in providing my personal information to your company?

7. Can I access my personal data collected by ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group?

You have the right under Privacy Shield and other data protection laws to access, correct, or delete your personal data. For personal data that we have collected about you, you may contact us at cservice@dreamwarrior.com to exercise these rights.

We respond to all requests from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Does ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group comply with EU – U.S. Privacy Shield and the Swiss – US Privacy Shield?

ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Groupcomplies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and the United Kingdom and Switzerland to the United States, respectively. ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms of this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. With respect to personal data transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group is subject to regulatory enforcement powers of the US Federal Trade Commission.

ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the Privacy Shield Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, JAMS International. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, please visit https://www.jamsadr.com/eu-us-privacy-shield for more information and to file a complaint. In certain circumstances, more fully described on the Privacy Shield Website, you have a right to invoke binding arbitration before the Privacy Shield Panel as a last resort in resolving your issues.

For ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group entities in Canada, compliance with Privacy Shield is not required as Canada has been deemed to have an adequate level of data protection by the European Commission.

Onward Transfer

ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

9. Will ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group sign Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) for data transfer?

ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group will sign SCCs with customers. Please contact us at cservice@dreamwarrior.com to receive our electronic version for review and signature.

10. What are ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group's policies on transferring EU employee data to the US?

ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group does not have employees or offices in the EU or Switzerland.

11. What about my personal data that was provided to ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group by its users?

For information submitted through ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group's online products by our users, we do not own this data. Those individuals and businesses, using our product and services, are the owners (controllers) of the information that was provided to ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group.

12. Since ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group is not established in the EU, has ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group designated an EU Representative as required by Article 27 of the GDPR?

 

Changes to the Privacy Policy

To the extent allowed by applicable law, ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group will notify you of material changes by posting the changed or modified Privacy Policy on our Websites. You are responsible for reviewing this Privacy Policy each time you use or access our Websites. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy unless otherwise specified. Your continued use after the effective date will constitute your consent to those changes. ARTdynamix®/Dream Warrior Group will provide notice and obtain your consent (opt-in or opt-out) if required.
